Refurbished Laptops – Return Policy
We offer a limited return policy on refurbished laptops under the following conditions:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase
The laptop must be in the same condition as sold
The original receipt is required
All accessories (charger, cables, packaging) must be included

Physical damage after purchase
Liquid or water damage
Software modifications, password locks, or tampering
Normal wear after usage
🔧 All refurbished laptops are tested and sold in working condition and may include a limited warranty as stated at the time of purchase.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and usage concerns:

⚠️ Exchanges may be considered only if the product is defective at the time of purchase and reported within 24 hours.
